What Is This Signoff Authority?

This electronic form is provided to the customers of Digital Catalyst so that they may electronically submit their sign off and agreement as critical stages within your project have been completed.

Australian law permits methods of electronic acceptance as a form of consent and considers equivalent to using a written signature.

On this electronic form, there are fields you will have to fill out to:

• identify yourself as authorised to approve and consent
• identify your specific project
• demonstrate consent to proceed

Note that all fields in this form are mandatory, and the form will not proceed till all fields have been populated.
 

Terms and Conditions In Getting Your Extension:

Website Extension Project Commencement:

The first thing you need to do is to approve the acceptance of the proposal commencement by filling out the electronic form below. A copy of this completed form off will be automatically issued to your email address for your own records.

The proposal provided by Digital Catalyst will indicate whether you need to pay a deposit.

 
Project Closure:

At the conclusion of the project, Digital Catalyst will again require an electronic approval to the completion of the website project. A copy of this sign off will also be automatically issued to your email address for your records.

A tax invoice will be issued for the full balance of fees, as well as any pro-rata hosting fees (which will be billed quarterly in advance thereafter).

All outstanding fees for development and hosting are required to be paid before the website will be launched.

Training:

Product training and pricing will be indicated in the provided website proposal.

Other Information:

The terms and pricing in your proposal will expire 1 month (30 days) from the date of the letter. Be aware that if this is the case, you will need a ressiue of your proposal.
